Welcome to my re-constructed website. I hope you enjoy your visit! There will be some new things appearing on here soon. Check out to order the September, 2004 issue.

Vacation: I flew to Denver, Colorado to attend the 2004 Drum Corps World Championship at Mile High Stadium. My friend, Justin Nicholson, plays lead mellophone with Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corp and these guys and girls are GREAT!! I am so proud of them and if you have never been to one of these competitions, I highly suggest them because they are an awesome experience. This is the first time I have ever been to a Drum Corps performance and it won't be the last. The weather was GREAT with the exception of a few storms that did not last very long. We did a lot of sightseeing in Denver and also visited the oldest church in the City of Denver. I will be posting some pictures of my vacation soon so check back for those if you are interested.

Latest movies: Jason Duke and I went to the movies the other night and saw the "Exorcist:The Beginning". It was a really interesting movie, but not one of my favorites. We plan on going back to the movies next week to see "The Village". I'll let you know what I think of it.

Home: I have been working on my yard this week. It is very dry and needs a lot of attention so I am trying to revive it. I have held several dinners in my home this month and all went over well and everyone has lived to tell about so far.

Doyle and the guys: We sang at the Station Inn in Nashville on Aug. 26th and had a great time. We were excited to see Vince Gill there in the audience and he also performed on stage with us. Barry Scott was VERY excited. We are also excited about our five IBMA nominations for this year and we thank the Lord for that.

Stay posted on! I have some cool things to share with all of you coming up soon! I will be trying to post on the BB once a week from here on out when we are home.

May God Bless you all!
